The Australian Childhood Foundation is an independent non-profit organisation committed to the prevention of child abuse and reducing the harm it causes to children, families and the community.
What we have done together
Ngaoara have partnered with the ACF to provide culturally strong practices for trauma and healing, whilst increasing awareness of trauma through capacity building programs. Several projects to date are listed in more detail below;
OurSPACE program
The Australian Childhood Foundations OurSPACE program delivers services throughout NSW, providing specialist therapy to children in foster care and kinship care who have experienced multiple traumas in their lives.
